This is a demonstrative project that aims to define a system for the Sustainable Management of Mountain Viticulture. With it we also aim to make those in charge of viticultural and environmental matters aware of the consequences of current mountain viticulture practices on the environment. This project has been contrasted in other areas such as the Garbet vineyard in Empurdà and the Malmont vineyard in Côtes de Rhône.
