In this article there is information about climatic data of several winegrowing regions throughout a period of seven years. The vegetative cycle is divided into four stages, as explained in the article entitled “The influence of climate over the character of wines”, which is summarised in this table:
Period
The data we have are from Mas Martinet, Bourgogne, Bordeaux, Piemonte and Napa Valley between 2002 and 2009. There is a table summarising the data in figures.
